CoachLeap was built by a team of organizational psychologists, sports and coaching psychologists, Athletic Directors, data scientists, and engineers. Together, we bring decades of experience in the coaching and survey industry.
CoachLeap was purpose-built for athletic departments from day one. Every feature started with a real problem that ADs face: paper surveys, manual spreadsheets, weeks of evaluation work. We built the platform to solve those problems directly.
